地球の日本付近における自転速度は、時速約1374km。 

私たちは、意識することさえ不可能なほどの猛烈な速度で、常に「今」から「未来」へと運ばれています。 

私はかつて、バレエの稽古場でダンサーの動きを追い、一瞬の感情が空間に刻まれるのを2年間見つめ続けました。

その後、認知症を患った祖母との生活の中で、言葉にならないコミュニケーションと、写真に宿る「ピントのずれ（不確かな真実）」の豊かさを知りました。 

効率と速度が支配する現代において、写真は私にとって、単なる記録の道具ではありません。 

道具との対話を通じて、「写真は人生を良くするものである」という確信を、静かに言葉と光が教えてくれています。

The Earth rotates at a speed of approximately 1,374 km/h in the vicinity of Japan. We are constantly being carried from the "now" into the "future" at a staggering speed, one that is impossible to even perceive.

In the past, I spent two years in a ballet studio following the movements of dancers, watching as fleeting emotions were etched into the space around them. Later, through life with my grandmother who suffered from dementia, I came to know the richness of wordless communication and the "shifting focus" (the uncertain truth) inherent in photography.

In a modern world dominated by efficiency and speed, photography is, for me, more than a mere tool for recording. Through a dialogue with my tools, the light and words are quietly teaching me the conviction that photography is something that makes life better.
